摘要
建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化进程中的重大历史任务,服务社会主义新农村建设,是基层检察机关义不容辞的责任。新农村建设中的职务犯罪预防要尊重宪法关于检察机关作为法律监督机关的定位。检察机关在职务犯罪预防的职权行使上要正确运用检察建议这一手段。在社会管理创新的背景下,可以通过设立基层检察室、派驻检察联络员、构建联席会议制度等方式创新新农村建设中的检察职务犯罪预防工作。
Building a new socialist countryside is a great historical task in the process of China＇s modernization.And serving construction is a responsibility of basic procurator organs.It is important for the prevention of duty crime in new rural construction to locate the procurator organ as the legal supervision.The procurator organ should correctly use this means of procurator suggestions in practice.In the context of the innovation of social management,some means can be established,such as the basic procurator room,dispatched procurator liaison,joint-meeting system to innovate prevention work of the duty crime in new rural construction.
