摘要
创业教育的有效开展离不开一支强有力的师资队伍,创业教育师资是高职院校培养创新创业人才和推动社会进步的重要保证。当前,创业教育的理念、发展基础、管理体制以及绩效评价等是当前制约高职院校创业教育师资队伍建设的主要因素。文章从加强创业教育理念、夯实创业教育发展基础、健全创业教育管理体制、构建科学的绩效评价体系等方面入手,对加强创业教育师资队伍建设进行了分析。
It needs the building of a strong contingent of teachers to carry out an effective entrepreneurship education.It is an important guarantee for higher vocational college entrepreneurship education to cultivate innovative talents and promote social progress.At present,there are the main factors of constraining development of teachers＇ team of entrepreneurship education in higher vocational college,such as the concept of entrepreneurial education,infrastructure of development,management system and performance evaluation.The writer analyzed some aspects such as strengthening the concept of entrepreneurship education,a sound building management system of entrepreneurial education,establishing the scientific performance evaluation system,in order to strengthen construction of teachers＇ team of enterprise education.
