摘要
职业指导人员的职业素养直接影响着被指导人的培养质量,特别是在就业率直接影响入学率的高职院校显得尤为关键。因此,职业指导人员在具备一名教师应有的师风师德的基础上,还应具备良好的知识素养、能力素养和心理素养。
The professional quality of occupation guidance personnel directly affects the quality of training.It is particularly critical for higher vocational colleges because employment rate directly affects the enrollment.Therefore,the occupation guidance personnel with teacher＇s morality ethics basis should also have good knowledge,competency and psychological quality.
