摘要
通过对大规模定制家具物料管理的基本内容和条码技术在物料管理中的基本原理和应用特点的研究,分析了大规模定制家具物料采购、入库、出库等过程的基本流程,并通过物料分类和编码方法研究了基于条码技术的大规模定制家具物料管理过程中的信息采集与处理方法,由此构建了基于ERP管理平台的作业项目、信息输入、作业流程和信息输出等方面的物料入库、自制件出库和非自制件出库管理过程中的信息采集与处理技术的架构模型,为大规模定制家具企业的物料信息化管理提供参考模式。
Based on the basic contents of material management of mass customization furniture and basic principle and application features of barcode technology in material management, the basic flow of material purchasing, storage, and delivery process in mass customization furniture was analyzed, and through the material classification and coding method the information collecting and processing method were researched based on bar code technology of mass customization furniture in material management process. Furthermore, architecture model of information acquisition and processing technology in the management process of the material storage, self-made parts warehousing and non self-made parts out based on projects, information input, process and output information of ERP management platform was constructed, providing the reference model of material information management in mass customization furniture enterprise.
