摘要
以4种草本可燃物为研究对象,用热重分析法对在空气气氛下其升温速率为10℃.min-1的热失重行为进行了研究,利用TG-DTG曲线分析了它们的热解过程和热解特性参数的确定,并采用分阶段一级反应动力学模型Coats-Redfern法求得相应的活化能和频率因子。结果表明:草本可燃物热解过程均需经历4个阶段,其中综纤维素热解阶段和木质素热解阶段是主要的两个失重阶段。热解参数温度和失重量的定量研究,反映了不同阶段热解的难易程度。活化能计算结果表明:4种草本可燃物热稳定性低,是一种较易燃的可燃物。
By taking four herbaceous fuel as tested objects, their pyrolysis characteristics were studied by the thermogravimetric analysis with a temperature rising rate of 10 ℃·min^-1. The analysis of TG-DTG curves of these fuels revealed their pyrolysis processes and pyrolysis characteristic parameter, and their activation energy and frequency factor were obtained by grading reaction kinetics model (Coats-Redfern method). The results show that the pyrolysis processes of the herbaceous species can be separated into four phases. The Holocellulose pyrolysis features and lignin pyrolysis stage are the two main weightlessness stages. The pyrolysis temperature and mass losing parameters of quantitative researches reflect the different stages of pyrolysis degree of difficulty. The calculation results show that the activation energy of four herbaceous fuels have low thermal stability and are flammable fuels.
