摘要
利用Solidworks软件对滚珠式传感安全离合器进行了三维实体建模,建立了力学分析模型,给出了力与扭矩的关系式及接触强度校核方法.
Using Solidworks software, this paper draws the model of ball-safe clutch with sensor. According to theoretical mechanics and elasticity method, mechanical analysis model is built, a relationship between force and torque is given, and calibration method about contact strength is proposed.
