摘要
从医患关系行为的主体、作用的对象、过程和方式、功能和目标等四个方面进行分析 ,认为医患关系具有公共关系属性 ,医务人员应树立全员公关意识 ,加强交流沟通 ,建立良好的医患关系 ,以避免医疗纠纷的产生 ,维护医院良好的形象和信誉。
From the views of main body of behavior between doctor and patient,object of action,process & method,function & goal,the author makes analysis and thinks the relation between doctor and patient has a attribule of public relation;therefore medical personnel should set up the consciousness of public relations,strengthen the communication and link,build up a good relations between doctor and patient,avoid medical dispute,and defend a good image and reputation.
