流式细胞术是目前对细胞进行定性和定量分析最有效的手段之一。本文从染色方法和染色样品存放时间在使用流式细胞术中对染色结果的影响进行了比较 ,旨在寻求一种简便、灵敏且重复性好的染色方法。流式细胞仪分析结果显示一步法同时具备了以上优点 ,并用经不同浓度三尖杉酯碱 (HT)处理的 HL - 6
Flow cytometry is one of the most effective methods on quantitative and qualitative analysis of cells. Using flow cytometry to compare the effects of different staining methods and different storing time, it is found that Ormered’s method is the most sensitive and easiest staining method, the results were verified by HL 60 treated with different doses of Harringtonin (HT).
