摘要
对比了热烘箱法、刚果红法、双辊塑炼法和转矩流变仪法评价钙锌复合热稳定剂的差异,重点对比了热稳定剂性能,发现刚果红法测得的热稳定时间最长,其次是烘箱法、双辊塑炼法,转矩流变仪法的热稳定时间最短。同时总结了四种测试方法的优缺点。
By contrasting the differences with the hot oven method, Congo red method, two-roll mill method and the torque rheometer method to determine Ca-Zn composite heat stabilizer. Results showed the thermal stability heat stabilizers by the Congo red method had the longest time, followed by the hot oven method and two-roll mill method, while thermal stability of the torque rheometer method was the shortest. At last, the advantages and disadvantages of the three test methods were summarized.
