摘要
阐述了国内外关于禁铅的有关报道,塑料管道全面禁铅势在必行。使用无毒Ca/Zn稳定剂代替铅盐稳定剂,用挤出成型的方法生产硬质PVC绝缘电工套管,分析了加工工艺及试验结果。结果表明,用无毒Ca/Zn稳定剂代替铅盐用于生产硬质PVC绝缘电工套管是可行的。
The related report on limited plumbum was described, non plumbum in plastic pipes production was an inevitable trend. Plumbum salt stabilizer was replaced with the application of non-toxic Ca/ Zn stabilizer. The rigid PVC electrical insulation conduits were produced by extrusion method, and the processing technology and the test results were analyzed. The results showed that the non-toxic Ca/Zn stabilizer can be used instead of plumbum salt in the production of PVC electrical insulation conduits.
