摘要
根据Mooney-Rivlin双参数模型建立橡胶衬套本构关系,取橡胶泊松比为0.5,做不可压缩处理,确定弹性模量、剪切模量等相关材料参数。根据定子轮廓方程确定结构尺寸,建立定转子接触模型,完成等壁厚衬套厚度由5mm变化到12mm、马达头数为3:4、5:6、7:8条件下等壁厚衬套性能对比分析,完成等壁厚衬套厚度、马达头数变化对螺杆钻具性能影响研究。根据计算结果优化钻具结构参数并完成等壁厚衬套试验分析,试验数据给出了压差由1.93MPa变化到5.90MPa时,扭矩、转速、容积效率、总效率的变化规律。等壁厚结构关键参数对衬套性能影响的计算结果,为确定制造参数、提高钻具性能提供基础。
Based on the performance comparison of conventional and equivalent wall thickness liner of helicoid hydraulic motor,the effects of the liner thickness and motor amount change on helicoid hydraulic motor performance were studied.Based on the Mooney-Rivlin model,the constitutive model of rubber bush was established,and its relational material parameters such as elastic modulus and shear modulus were determined.The constant rotor contact model was also established according to the stator profile equations,the performance comparison between conventional and equivalent wall thickness liner with lobe configuration 3:4 was done.With changing thickness from 5mm to 12mm and the lobe configuration from 3:4 to 7:8,the deformation and Mises stress variation of equivalent wall thickness liner were discussed.According to calculating results,this paper provided the design parameters for equivalent wall thickness liner and accomplished the test analysis.The variation laws of torque,rotation speed,volume efficiency and overall efficiency of equivalent thickness helicoid hydraulic motor were analyzed when pressure difference changing from 1.93MPa to 5.90 MPa.
