摘要
通过分析阿姆河右岸基尔桑构造压力敏感含硫储层的地质特征和井漏性质,为降低该区块储层的钻井风险,减小井漏损失,提出了建立钻井液应急抢险保障系统、采用抗硫化氢技术套管、使用除硫剂、钻杆完井和采用抗硫旋转控制头在尽可能低的漏速条件下进行控压钻井等技术措施,并建议分析调查基尔桑构造储层天然气组分和开展抗气液置换水泥浆堵漏技术的研究。这些措施对该构造后续井的钻探具有重要的指导意义。
The geologic features and the types of lost circulation were analyzed in pressure sensitive and sour reservoir of Gir Structure in the Amu-Darya River Right Bank.In order to reduce the drilling risk and loss of circulation in the block,the drilling fluid emergency supply system was established,some technical measures were put forward,such as adopting the anti-hydrogen disulfide intermediate casing,sulphide scavenger,drill pipe completion and managed pressure drilling technology.Meanwhile,the components of natural gas in Gir structure reservoir and the plugging method of cement slurry with anti-air-liquid-replaced were studied.These measures have important significance for drilling in the future in the structure.
