α-2b干扰素气动雾化吸入治疗小儿急性毛细支气管炎疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨α-2b干扰素气动雾化吸入治疗小儿急性毛细支气管炎的机制及疗效。方法:在我院儿科住院处选取毛细支气管炎病例78例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组36例,治疗组42例;对照组:常规对症支持治疗(如镇静、吸氧、加湿、止咳化痰、解痉平喘等)基础上给予三氮唑核苷15mg/kg气动雾化吸入治疗,治疗组:在常规对症支持治疗基础上给予α-2b干扰素气动雾化吸入治疗对2组临床疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组和对照组在总有效率比较上有显著差异,P<0.05。结论:在常规治疗的基础上加用α-2b干扰素气动雾化吸入治疗小儿急性毛细支气管炎作用迅速、直接,可避免全身用药的副作用,值得临床广泛应用。
