套筒冠义齿修复牙周病伴牙列缺损中的临床体会 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨套筒冠义齿修复牙列缺损的临床疗效。方法:对36例牙周病伴牙列缺损患者经牙周基础治疗和根管治疗后,采用52副套筒冠义齿修复,比较修复前和修复后患者满意度和余留牙松动度、牙龈指数(GI)探诊深度(PD)检测。结果:91.67%的患者对修复满意,咀嚼功能改善明显,牙龈指数修复前与修复后比较差异无显著意义(p>0.05),牙齿松动度、探诊深度修复前与修复后比较差异有显著意义(p<0.01)。结论:圆锥型套筒冠义齿修复牙周炎伴牙列缺损效果良好,有利于基牙牙周组织的健康。
