摘要
目的:探讨颞部小切口配合自制外固定夹板在颧弓骨折手术中的应用。方法:对我院口腔颌面外科收治颧弓骨折患者48例进行颞部小切口配合自凝塑料外固定夹板复位固定手术方式分析及术后外及功能恢复调查。结果:48例患者面部塌陷畸形消失,张口度恢复良好,术后复查X线及CT示骨折愈合良好。结论:颞部小切口配合自制外固定夹板在颧弓骨折可使患者手术创伤及费用明显降低,固定稳定。
Objective： To investigate the combined application of transtemple mini-incision and self-made external fixed splint for the reduction of zygomatic arch fracture. Methods： 48 cases of zygomatic arch fracture patients were treated with transtemple mini-incision and self-made external fixed splint in the department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in our hospital. The surgical methods and postoperative functional recovery were analyzed. Results： 48 patients with facial subside distortion were cured, mouth opening deviation recovered, and review of X-ray and CT showed the fracture healing well. Conclusion： The combined application of transtemple mini-incision and self-made external fixed splint might be affective and could reduce surgical injury and curing cost.
