摘要
以热引1号胡椒为材料,利用形态观察和石蜡切片技术研究了花器官外部形态和内部结构及其发育进程。结果表明:不同发育阶段胡椒花穗长度和质量呈显著正相关,且在20~28 d增长明显变缓。胡椒花为杂性花,兼具雌花、雄花和两性花,但雄花和两性花数量极少。胚珠为直生类型,具短珠柄,着生在中轴胎座上。胚珠和胚囊发育过程长达20 d,速度比较缓慢。花穗同一部位雌蕊发育启动比雄蕊稍晚,但柱头在花粉囊破裂之前失活,这种雌雄异熟机制可在一定程度上增加远源杂交比例。
The structure and development of flower orgen in Piper nigrum c.v. Reyin-1 with morphological data and paraffin section was analyzed. The results showed that the length of spike in different developmental stages was positively correlated with its weight, and both were increased slowly during the period from 20 to 28 d after the spike bud was visual. The flowers were polygamous with female, male and bisexual flowers(the the later two were very few). The cultivation had antitropal ovule with short funiculus, which was attached to axial placenta. Ovule and embryo sac were developed slowly for about 20 days. Pistil development was started shghtly later than stamens, while stigma dried up or became non-receptive before the self-pollen was liberated. Various degrees of protogyny were observed in this species, which was an effective outcrossing mechanism.
