摘要 真核生物酸性核糖体P蛋白位于60S大亚基上。酸性核糖体P蛋白是多功能蛋白:P0对于60S大亚基的组装起着关键性作用;P1和P2在细胞增殖、细胞凋亡、肿瘤及免疫性疾病发生等方面发挥着重要功能,而且它们在蛋白质翻译等生命活动中也起着调节作用。本文就真核生物酸性核糖体P蛋白的结构和功能做简要综述。 The acidic ribosomal P proteins,which consist of P0、P1、P2,are present in the 60S ribosomal subunits of all eukaryotic cells.The acidic ribosomal P proteins are multifunctional proteins: P0 is important for assembling large 60S subunit;P1 and P2 proteins are involved in cell proliferation,apoptosis,tumor and immunological diseases.Furthermore,there is also evidence that P proteins play a role in protein synthesis.This review focuses on the structure and function of these three acidic ribosomal proteins.
