摘要
长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是指转录本长度超过200个核苷酸的功能性RNA分子,在表观遗传、转录和转录后等水平上调控基因的表达,广泛参与机体的生理和病理过程。近年来,对lncRNA在肿瘤等疾病中的功能做了一些研究,但在感染中的功能研究较少。近些年的研究发现,一些病毒感染会普遍引起宿主lncRNA的表达变化,且病毒的一些lncRNA通过与宿主蛋白质结合而调控宿主基因的表达,以利于病毒生命周期的完成。本文对lncRNA与寄生虫和病毒感染的关系做一综述。
Long non-coding RNA（lncRNA） is a functional RNA longer than 200 nucleotides,with little or no protein-coding capacity.LncRNAs can regulate gene expression at epigenetic,transcription and post-transcription level,and participate in different physiological and pathological processes.In recent years,much work has been done about lncRNA’s functions in cancer and other diseases.However,its function in infection has been reported only in limited studies.Some research work has showed that virus infection results in widespread differential expression of lncRNAs and some viral lncRNAs interact with cellular proteins and regulate cellular gene expression,which subsequently favors the successful completion of the virus＇ life cycle.This paper reviews the functions of lncRNA in the infection of parasites and viruses.
