摘要
随着新医改的不断深入,医疗保险和医疗机构面临的责任和压力越来越大,如何建立二者良性互动关系成为研究者十分关注的议题。对这一领域的讨论和评述分为以下几个方面:研究成果发表情况和研究方法类别,医疗保险与医疗机构互动的表现形式,医疗保险与医疗机构良性互动不足的原因研究,促进医疗保险与医疗机构良性互动的对策研究。未来研究应注意完善理论研究体系、加强实证研究、关注医疗保险谈判机制的研究。
Abstraet With the deepening of the new health reform, responsibilities and pressures on health insurance system and health care institutions are growing. More and more researchers have concentrated on eonstruction of positive interaction between these two sides. Review of this topic was from aspeets as published achievement and research methods,interaetion representation, causes of the shortage of positive interaction and the strategies to promote positive interaction. It is suggested that further studies need to focus on improving theoretical research system, enhancing empirical study and exploring health insurance negotiations mechanism.
