摘要
利用高密度聚乙烯为支撑材料制备的定形相变材料,分别采用直接混合法和分层插入法制备定形相变墙体,并实验研究所制备定形相变墙体的传热性能。与普通墙体进行对比,分析定形相变墙体的节能效果。研究结果显示:不同方法制备的定形相变墙体表面温度和通过墙体的热流均低于普通墙体,且温度和热流的变化平缓、波动小,存在衰减和延迟现象;分层插入法制备的定形相变墙体节能效果优于直接混合法制备的定形相变墙体,且分层越多,效果越明显。
The thermal performance of the concrete walls adding shape stabilized phase change material was studied. The shape stabilized PCM is composed of paraffin mixtures and high-density polyethylene, and the walls were prepared by different methods including direct mixing method and lamination interpolation method, respectively. Energy-saving effect of shape stabilized PCM walls was studied by contrasting with traditional walls. The results show that the surface temperature and the thermal flow through the phase change material walls prepared by differ- ent methods are lower than that of traditional wall, and the change is small, moreover, there are the weaken and detention phenomena; Energy-saving effect of PCM walls prepared by lamination interpolation method is better than that of walls by direct mixing method, and the effect is increasing with the increasing of the layers.
