冀东地区猪源大肠杆菌分离株的耐药性调查 被引量:3

摘要 现代养殖业的持续发展离不开抗菌药物,然而,抗菌药物的广泛使用和不合理滥用导致耐药现象日趋严重,给临床用药带来很大难度。而且大肠杆菌作为人和动物的肠道共栖菌和条件性致病菌,其可以通过耐药质粒和耐药基因传递等多种方式将耐药性传播给人类,给食品安全和人类健康带来潜在危害。对动物源大肠杆菌耐药性的调查和监测不仅为兽医临床合理用药提供科学依据,
