The Rapid Driving Techniques of a Shield Machine Under a Section With Shallow Overburden—URUP Method

摘要 浅覆土下盾构快速穿越法——URUP法是针对在地面交通十字路口、地面立交路口处建立地下穿越通道而提出的一种施工方法,该方法与传统盾构地下穿越法相比,具有施工周期短、对周围环境和既有建筑结构影响小等优点。鉴于此,文章对该施工工法关键技术、盾构断面,以及应用实例进行了较为详细的论述。 The rapid driving techniques of a shield machine under a section with shallow overburden, i.e. URUP, is generally used for building underground passageways at crossroads and interchanges, and it is characterized by a short construction period and less impact on the environment and existing architectural structures compared to the conventional shield method. In this paper, the technical features, key steps, shield sections and an application case of this method are introduced in detail.
