棉籽粕对海赛克斯蛋鸡生产性能及蛋品质的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Cottonseed Meal on Production Performance and Egg Quality of HISEX Layers

摘要 为研究不同含量棉籽粕对海赛克斯蛋鸡生产性能和蛋品质的影响,试验选用37周龄海赛克斯蛋鸡120只,随机分为4个组,每组设3个重复,每个重复10只。第1组为空白组,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组为试验组,棉籽粕添加量分别为5%、10%、15%,试验周期为10周,观察不同棉籽粕用量对海赛克斯蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质的影响。结果表明:日粮中添加5%-15%的棉籽粕,蛋鸡的平均产蛋率、平均蛋重、料蛋比与对照组相比,均有下降的趋势,但差异不显著(P〉0.05);蛋壳强度、蛋壳厚度、哈氏单位、蛋形指数均无显著差异(P〉0.05),随着棉籽粕的增加其蛋黄色泽升高,15%添加组蛋黄色泽升高12%,与对照组差异显著(P〈0.05)。试验表明当饲料中添加15%棉籽粕时,对海赛克斯蛋鸡的产蛋性能和蛋品质的影响不明显,但是否对动物的健康及食品安全有影响,还需进一步系统研究。 To study the effects of different levels of cottonseed meal in the diet on production performance and egg quality of HISEX layers, 120 37-week-old HISEX Laying hens were randomly divided into four groups with three pens per groups and 10 layers per pens. The layers in control group (Group I)were fed the basal diets and the layers in other groups were fed the diets containing cottonseed:5% (Group Ⅱ), 10% (Group Ⅲ)and 15% (Group Ⅳ),respectively. The trial lasted 10 weeks. The results showed that:The average egg production,average egg weight and feed egg ratio were not influenced by the level of cottonseed in the diets,but there was a decreased trend compared with the control group. Group m was better than group Ⅱ and Ⅳ. There was no significant difference for strength of eggshell,eggshell thickness, Haugh units, index of egg shape. The yolk color is increasing with the adding amount of cottonseed meal, the yolk colorof group 1V increased 12%,which was significantly different compared to the group k Results showed that when 15% of dietary cottonseed meal,no obvious toxicity in HISEX layer was observed. But whether cottonseed meal influence animal health and food safety,it still needs further study.
