摘要
目的探讨头皮夹的使用方法对头皮切口愈合的影响。方法对2008年1月～2010年12月976例颅脑手术患者采用间断上头皮夹止血(B组),同时回顾分析2005年1月～2007年12月采用连续上头皮夹止血手术830例(A组)。观察两组头皮夹不同使用方式对切口愈合情况的影响,并行组间比较。结果 B组头皮切口愈合等级、美观均优于A组。且上夹时间越长,愈合效果越差。结论头皮切口的愈合是否良好,与上夹方式及上夹时间长短密切相关。头皮止血的正确方式应是间断上夹。
【Objective】 To explore the influence of scalp clip application on incision healing.【Methods】 The clinical data of patients undergoing neurosurgery in recent years were retrospectively studied,among which 976 patients（B group） were operated by modified method while another 830 patients（A group） admitted from JAN.2005 to DEC.2007 were operated by routine method,the incision condition were evaluated between the two groups.【Results】 The incisions healing of B group operated by modified scalp clip application were better than A group,and the longer time of clipping,the worse effects of incision healing.【Conclusions】 The incision healing is closely related to scalp clip application and clipping time,the modified scalp clip application can obviously enhance the quality of the scalp incision healing.
