摘要
通过盆栽试验研究土壤中添加不同粒径磷矿粉对玉米吸收积累重金属的影响。结果表明,土壤中添加不同磷矿粉均可显著地降低玉米地上部和地下部的生物量。玉米植株对Cd、Zn、Cu和As的吸收积累也受不同粒径磷矿粉添加的影响。与对照处理相比,添加200μm、22μm和0.8μm的磷矿粉可导致玉米地上部Cd和As质量比分别降低14.1%~26.8%和15.4%~22.9%,玉米地上部Cu质量比和地下部As质量比分别提高5.2%~10.5%和56.3%~75.6%。与200μm和22μm相比,0.8μm磷矿粉可显著降低玉米根系对土壤Cu、Cd和Zn的吸收,说明该粒径磷矿粉是修复复合重金属污染土壤具有潜力的材料。
The present paper is about our research results of the effects of different size phosphate powder on the uptake of the accumu- lated heavy-metal pollutants by corn in hoping to change the content of heavy metals in the soil by means of absorption, precipitation or co-precipitation. By nature, it is a remedial technology oriented to decrease the effect of heavy metals both on the environment and hu- man health by reducing the mobility and bioavailability of heavy metals in the soil. As we know, commonly used additives are generally minerals and industrial by-products of low cost, such as quicklime, phosphate and their minerals, alumino-silicate, iron and manganese oxides, zeolite, mud, and their composites. Researchers in this field have been trying to apply phosphorus-laden materials to the remedy of multi-metal contaminated soils, but they have seldom used different sizes of phosphate powder for remedying the heavy metal contaminated soils. To make up for the research vacancy, we have conducted pot experiments for the above said purpose. The results of our experi- ments show that adding different such rock powders help to signifi- cantly reduce the biomass of corn shoots and roots. In addition, adding such powders also affect the uptake and the accumulation of Cd, Zn, Cu and As. As compared with the control treatment, the application of 200 μm, 22μm and 0.8 μm of phosphate powders tends to resuh in reducing Cd and As concentrations in the corn shoots by 14.1% - 26.8% and 15.4% - 22.9%, respectively, whereas the concentration of Cu in the corn shoots and that of As in the corn roots has been found to rise by 5.2% - 10.5% and 56.3% - 75.6% . Comparing the results of our experiments with the 200μm and 22 μm treatment, the application of 0.8μm of phosphate powder helps to reduce the concentrations of Cu, Cd and Zn in the corn roots remarkably, which indicates that the size of phosphate powder is a potential material used as a remedy for the multi-metal contaminated soil.
