Progress in the Asymmetric Synthesis of Statine and Its Analogs

摘要 Statine及其类似物是一类特殊的β-羟基-γ-氨基酸,是许多活性化合物的核心结构单元.综述了其不对称合成研究的进展. Statine and its analogs are special kind of β-hydroxy-y-amino acids, which are usually core segments in many bio- active compounds. In this paper, several synthetic strategies are summarized.
