摘要
目的通过加强疗养院护理文化建设,以提升疗养院的疗养护理品质。方法笔者从疗养院护理文化建设的重要性、护理文化建设的核心内涵、护理文化建设的细则等,详细论述了江苏省连云港海滨疗养院的护理文化特色。结果通过加强护理文化建设,提升了疗养院护理质量,受到了疗养员的一致好评。结论疗养院护理文化建设是疗养院核心竞争力的重要组成部分,应受到疗养院管理者的高度重视。疗养院必须加强护理文化建设,才能满足不断发展的现代化疗养院的护理需要。
Objective To increase the rehabilitation nursing quality at sanatorium through strengthening nursing culture construction. Methods The paper explicitly discusses the nursing culture characteristics of Lian Yungang Seaside Sanatorium in Jiangsu Province in terms of the significance of nursing culture construction, the core content of nursing culture construction, and the detailed regulations of nursing culture construction.Results The rehabilitation nursing quality at sanatorium increased through strengthening nursing culture construction and it was highly praised by the convalescents.Conclusion Nursing culture construction is an indispensable part of core competence at sanatorium, which should be highly emphasized by the sanatorium managers.The sanatorium must strengthen nursing culture construction so as to meet the increasing nursing need at modern sanatorium.
