摘要
目的观察超声波洁牙术后配合自制中药软膏充填治疗牙周炎的疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的60例(共360颗患牙)患者,随机分为两组,两组都采用超声波洁牙术,术后治疗组180颗患牙给予自制中药软膏充填牙周袋,对照组180颗患牙给予复方碘甘油牙周袋充填治疗。结果治疗组在临床显效率及治疗后牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声波洁牙术后配合中药软膏充填治疗牙周炎效果良好,值得推广。
Objective To observe the curative effects of combining ultrasonic teeth-cleaning and self-made traditional Chinese medicine paste filling to treat periodontitis.Methods 60 entitled patients（360 teeth in all）were divided randomly into two groups and both groups were given ultrasonic teeth-cleaning.Then the 180 teeth in the treatment group were filled with traditional Chinese medicine paste in the periodontal pocket, while the 180 teeth in the control group were filled with iodine glycerin compound in the periodontal pocket. Results The treatment group were clearly superior to the control group in terms of clinical efficiency, post-treatment GI, and SBI, and the differences were of statistical significance （P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Combining ultrasonic teeth-cleaning and self-made traditional Chinese medicine paste filling to treat periodontitis has good effects and is worth promoting.
