军队中老年糖尿病患者疗养期健康教育体会

Experience of health education for military middle-aged and elderly diabetics in rehabilitation

摘要 目的探讨对军队中老年糖尿病患者进行健康教育的方法和健康教育对患者的影响。方法所有患者在疗养期间糖尿病药物治疗方法不变,接受为期14d的糖尿病健康教育。对93例糖尿病患者采用"一对一"指导的形式,对其进行健康教育,并分析通过对患者进行健康教育及指导后对血糖的影响。结果患者接受教育后,对糖尿病及其并发症、治疗方法、病情监测方法的认识提高,对治疗依从性明显提高,并由被动治疗变为主动治疗。93例患者健康教育前空腹血糖(7.71±1.52)mmol/L,健康教育及康复治疗后空腹血糖(6.38±1.14)mmol/L,餐后2h血糖健康教育前(10.78±2.34)mmol/L,健康教育后(8.33±2.02)mmol/L,健康教育前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过健康教育干预,使患者不同程度地掌握了自我护理知识,并能运用相关知识有效地避免诱因,改善生活方式。 Objective To discuss the methods of conducting health education and the effects of health education on military middle-aged and elderly diabetics in rehabilitation.Methods Drug therapy of all sufferers didn't change during rehabilitation.They were given a 14-day health education about diabetes.93 middle-aged and elderly sufferers with diabetes accepted the health education in the form of "one-to-one" guidance.The changes of blood glucose after health education and guidance were analyzed. Results After health education, the awareness of diabetes and its complications, treatment, monitoring methods was improved and the compliance with treatment was obviously increased,and the treatment changed from passive to active.The fasting blood glucose of 93 sufferers before health education was (7.71± 1.52)mmol/L, after health education and rehabilitation treatment,it was(6.38±1.14)mmol/L.The two-hour postprandial blood glucose before health education was(10.78:l: 2.34)mmol/L,while it was (8.3±2.02)mmol/L after health education,and the differences before and after health education were of statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion Through the intervention of health education, the sufferers can master self-nursing knowledge to some degree, and are able to adopt the relevant knowledge to effectively avoid incentives, then improve the way of life.
