摘要
目的研究疗养对涉核人员机体辐射损伤和抗氧化能力的影响。方法选取某部涉核疗养人员60名,随机分为干预组和非干预组,每组30人。另选非涉核疗养人员15人为对照组。全部实验对象均进行常规疗养和饮食,干预组在常规疗养的基础上施加营养补充和心理疏导等干预措施。分别在实验前、后检测各组人员淋巴细胞增生活性与DNA损伤水平、红细胞溶血度、血清脂质过氧化物(MDA)含量和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)等指标。结果实验后,干预组的平均MDA含量、红细胞溶血度和DNA损伤水平均较非干预组显著降低,而T-AOC和淋巴细胞增生活性则显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合疗养干预措施可改善涉核人员机体的氧化损伤状况,提高抗氧化能力。
Objective To study the influence of rehabilitation on radiation damage and antioxidant capacity of nucleusrelated personnel. Methods 60 nucleusrelated convalescents were randomly divided into the intervention group and the nonintervention group with 30 peo ple in each group.Another 15 nonnucleusrelated convalescents formed the control group.All experimental subjects were given conventional rehabilitation and diet,while the intervention group were given extra nutritional supplements and psychological counseling.The indexes of lymphocytic proliferation activity, DNA damage level, erythrocytic hemolysis extent, MDA content, and TAOC before and after the experi ment were measured. Results After the experiment, the average MDA content, erythrocytic hemolysis extent, DNA damage level of the in tervention group were clearly lower than those of the nonintervention group, while TAOC and lymphocytic proliferation activity clearly in creased.The differences were of statistical significance (P 〈0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation intervention measures can im prove the oxidative damage status of nucleusrelated personnel, and enhance their antioxidant capacity.
