摘要
目的探讨磁化矿泉浴对老干部左室Tei指数的影响。方法将入院疗养的师团职老干部106例随机分为两个组,每组53例,观察组采用磁化矿泉浴,对照组采用矿泉浴,观察治疗前后左室Tei指数的变化情况。结果治疗后两组Tei指数缩小,与治疗前比较差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01),两组间差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论磁化矿泉浴及矿泉浴均可提高师团职老干部左室整体功能。
Objective To explore the influence of magnetized mineral bath on left ventricular Tel index of military division veteran cadres.Methods A total of 106 military division veteran cadres hospitalized for recuperation in the sanatorium were divided into two groups at random, with 53 in each group.The observation group took magnetized mineral bath while the control group took mineral bath. The changes of left ventricular Tel index before and after the treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the Tel index of both groups decreased.The differences between before and after the treatment were of high statistical significance（P〈0.01）.There was not clear difference in the Tel index between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Both magnetized mineral bath and mineral bath can improve the left ventricular integrated function of military division veteran cadres.
