摘要
目的研究疗养保障措施对驻高原官兵心理调节的影响。方法对来自不同海拔区和不同年龄阶段的现役80名军人,进行为期15d的疗养,并在疗养前后通过症状自评量表(SCL-90)对军人心理健康状况进行调查,采用重复测量的多因素方差分析对调查结果进行分析。结果疗养保障措施对改善受测者心理健康起到了一定的疗效,但效果未达到统计学意义,且不同年龄阶段受测者的心理健康程度差异不显著;但不同海拔高度对官兵的心理健康状况有显著影响,即海拔越高心理健康状况越差。在强迫症状和焦虑症方面,海拔高度与受试者年龄之间存在交互作用,海拔高度对26～32岁阶段受试者的影响较33～40岁阶段的受试者影响大。结论疗养保障措施对高原官兵的心理调节起到了一定的疗效,但对海拔5000m以上官兵要科学制定疗养期限,加强心理调节,不断完善康复疗养保障方法,为提高高原官兵战斗力服务。
Objective To study the effects of recuperation safeguards on the psychological adjustment of plateau-stationed officers and soldiers.Methods Eighty on-active-service armymen of different ages from different altitudes were given al5-day recuperation,and the Symptom Checklist （SCL-90）was used to survey armymen＇s psychological health status before and after the recuperation.The survey results were analyzed by means of multi factor variance analysis with repealed measurements. Results The recuperation safeguards played a certain role in improving the armymen＇s psychological health, but the effect didn＇t reach statistical significance, and the psychological differences were not obvious among different age soldiers.But different altitudes had remarkable influence on the armymen＇s psychological health status, which showed the higher the altitude the worse the psychological health status.There was an interaction effect between altitude factor and age factor in compulsive symptoms and anxiety disorders.The influence of altitude on officers and soldiers ranging from 26 to 32 years was heavier than on those ranging from 33 to 40 years.Conclusion The recuperation safeguards play a certain role in regulating the plateau-stationed armymen＇s psychological health.But it is necessary to formulate a scientific recuperation duration for plateau-stationed off cers and soldiers above 5 000 meters sea level to increase their psychological adjustment ability and improve constantly the recuperation safeguard measures, so as to enhance the combat effectiveness of the plateau-stationed officers and soldiers.
