紫杉醇联合放疗对鼻咽癌CNE细胞株凋亡蛋白表达的影响 被引量：2

摘要 鼻咽癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,在头颈部恶性肿瘤中占首位。放射治疗是鼻咽癌的主要治疗手段,早期病人单纯放疗效果较好,但因其发生部位隐蔽,症状多样性,就诊病人70%为局部晚期病人,单纯放疗疗效较差,局部复发和远处转移为常见的失败原因。为提高局部晚期鼻咽癌的治疗效果,局部放疗和全身化疗相结合成为国内外研究的热点。
