异形高耸专用塔机结构设计与建模分析 被引量:3

Structure design and modeling analysis of unconventional dedicated tower crane

摘要 针对传统塔机在高耸建筑结构施工中的不足,借助TRIZ创新理论提出一种新型异形专用塔机,分析其基本结构组成,利用高级建模仿真软件SIEMENS NX构建数字模型,并对金属结构进行静态结构分析与模态分析,得到其应力位移变化情况及自振特性,为结构动力学分析与优化设计奠定了基础。 Focusing on the shortcomings of traditional tower crane in the process of high architectural structure, a new unconventional dedicated tower crane is proposed by virtue of TRIZ innovation theory, the composition of structure is analyzed, then the digit model is constructed by applying advanced modeling and simulation software SIEMENS NX. The stress displacement changing condition and natural vibration properties were obtained through the static analysis and modal analysis of metallic structure, having laid a foundation for analysis of the structure dynamics and optimization design.
