摘要
目的探讨全程健康教育在全脑血管造影术中的应用效果。方法选择未开展全程健康教育的72例患者为对照组,实施全程健康教育的78例患者为实验组。对照组采用常规护理干预,实验组实施全程健康教育,即术前、术中和术后由专职健康教育护士给予个体化的全程健康教育和护理干预。观察并比较2组患者手术依从性、术后舒适度及不良反应的发生情况。结果实验组患者手术依从性和术后舒适度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应则低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施全程健康教育可以提高患者的手术依从性,改善患者的舒适度,减少术后不良反应的发生。
Objective To explore the effect of full range health education on aortocranial angiography. Methods 72 patients without any health education were selected as control group, while 78 patients with full range health education were selected as experimental group. Control group received conventional nursing intervention, and experimental group received full range health education, which was preoperative, intraoperative, postoperative individualized full range health ed- ucation and nursing intervention given by special health education nurses. Operation compliance, postoperative comfort degree and adverse reaction were observed and compared between two groups. Results Operation compliance and postoperative comfort degree of experimental group were significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）, while the adverse action in experimental group was lower than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Implementation of full range health education can improve the patients＇ operation compliance and postoperative comfort as well as reduce incidence of adverse reactions.
