摘要
目的总结胸腔镜(VATS)治疗肺大泡的围术期护理要点。方法回顾性分析31例胸腔镜肺大泡切除的临床资料,总结围术期护理经验。结果 31例患者,术后平均住院7d,2例出现并发症,经相应治疗后,均痊愈出院。随访半年,1例复发。结论做好围术期护理是胸腔镜治疗肺大泡手术成功的重要保证。
Objective To summarize the main points of perioperative nursing for patients with thoracoscopic resection of lung bullae. Methods The clinical materials of 31 patients underwent the thoracoscopic resection of lung bullae were analyzed retrospectively and the experience of perioperative nursing was summarized as well. Results The mean duration of postoperative hospi- talization in 31 patients was 7 days, and among them, 2 patients with complications were cured by corresponding therapy. After a 6 months follow-up, only one patient relapsed. Conclusion The excellent perioperative nursing is the important guarantee for the success of the thoracoscopic resection of lung bullae.
