摘要
目的探讨在EnSite 3000三维标测系统指导下射频消融治疗心房颤动的护理体会。方法对25例EnSite 3000三维标测系统指导下行射频消融术治疗房颤患者进行观察和护理。结果 25例患者全部手术成功。其中发生并发症2例,为皮下血肿1例及血管迷走反射1例,经及时、准确、有效的护理措施后,患者康复出院。结论得力、有效的护理措施能预防术后并发症,提高手术成功率。
Objective To explore the nursing experience of radiofrequency ablation in treat- ing atrial fibrillation by guidance of 3 dimensional mapping system. Methods Observation and nursing were applied for 25 atrial fibrillation patients with radiofrequeney ablation by guidance of 3 dimensional ,napping system. Results All the patients underwent surgeries successfully. 2 patients had complications, and one of them had subcutaneous hemorrhage, the other had vasovagal reac- tion. Both of them were cured and discharged after timely, accurate and effective nursing measures. Conclusion Proper and effective nursing measures can prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications and improve the success rate of surgery.
