摘要
目的探讨胺碘酮治疗心律失常的护理对策。方法对65例接受静脉注射胺碘酮治疗各种心律失常的患者进行临床护理,治疗前进行相关知识宣教,告知患者可能出现的不良反应,治疗中掌握好药物浓度,正确选择血管,持续心电监测,积极处理相关并发症。结果治疗过程中,3例患者发生静脉炎,经局部硫酸镁湿敷及更换穿刺部位后好转;4例患者发生血压下降,应用多巴胺静脉输液或泵入后改善;2例发生心动过缓,静脉应用肾上腺素后改善。结论对静脉输注胺碘酮治疗心律失常的患者采取积极有效的护理对策,可有效降低相关并发症的发生率,减少不良反应,提高疗效及患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore nursing countermeasures for arrhythmia patients treated with amiodarone. Methods Clinical nursing were applied for 65 patients who underwent intra- venous injection of amiodarone for treatment of various arrhythmia. Patients were conducted with related knowledge education and informed with possible adverse reaction before treatment. During the course of treatment, the drug concentration should be well controlled, the vessels should be chose correctly, electrocardial monitor should be kept and related complications should be handled timely. Results During the course of treatment, 3 patients had phlebitis, and they were cured with hydropathic compress of magnesium sulfate and changing of puncture position. 4 patients had drop of blood pressure, and symptoms were improved after application of intravenous infusion or pumping with dopamine. 2 patients had bradyrhythmia and the symptoms were improved with application of adrenalin. Conclusion The positive and effective nursing countermeasures for arrhythmia patients treated with amiodarone can effectively reduce the incidence rate of related complications and adverse reaction, improve the curative effect and the life quality of patients.
