摘要 针对矿井排风余热温度低、风量大、粉尘高、噪音大、具有腐蚀性等特点,结合矿井周边的热需求,提出一种矿井回风余热高效提取及综合利用技术。该技术以喷淋水换热技术和水源热泵技术为核心,将矿井回风余热高效置换于水中,再由水源热泵将热量供给于热需求,解决了余热回收装置大体积、低效率、易磨损、易腐蚀,提取热能利用效率低等问题,取得了显著的经济和社会效益。 Based on the mine exhaust air residual heat' s characteristics of low temperature, big volume, high dust, high noise, corrosiveness etc, combined with the heat demand of the mine periphery, a technique is proposed to effectively extract and comprehensively utilize the mine exhaust air residual heat. With the technique of water spray heat exchange and technique of water source heat pump as the core, this technique effectively transfers the heat from mine exhaust air to the water, then supply the heat to the heat demand by the water source heat pump. It solves the problems of waste heat recovery device with large size, low efficiency, easy wear, easy corrosion and the problems of low utilization efficiency of the extracted heat, etc. and achieved remarkable economic and social benefits.
