摘要
公共物品供给的多中心治理理论为研究我国保障性住房供给体制提供了新思路。归纳了公共产品供给从"市场失灵"、"政府失灵"到"多中心治理"的变迁过程。分析了我国保障性住房供供给模式的单中心治理特征及缺陷。探讨了多中心治理改革中政府应发挥的作用。
Polycentric governance theory of public goods provides a new approach for the study of affordable housing supply system. This essay concludes the transitional process of the public goods supply, from market failure, government failure to polycentric governance. Moreover, it analyzes the characteristics and defects of the affordable housing single - center governance. Finally, it explores the role that the government should play in the polycentric governance reform.
