摘要
熔喷非织造过滤材料广泛地应用于空气和液体过滤领域。根据熔喷非织造材料的过滤机理,研究了材料厚度变化对过滤效率及其他滤效参数的影响。试验数据表明:随着熔喷非织造材料厚度的增加,过滤效率显著提高,材料的平均流量孔径和泡点孔径减小,而泡点压力、平均流量压力和过滤阻力增大。
Melt blown nonwovens have been extensively used as filtration media in air and liquid filtering fields. According to the filtration theory for nonwovens, the effect of thickness on the filtration efficiency and other related parameters were researched. Experimental data indicated that the filtration efficiency of nonwovens was improved obviously with the increase of its thickness. At the meantime, the average flow pore size and bubble pore size decrease, and the bubble point pressure, average flow pressure and filtering resistance increase.
