摘要
新陈代谢在细胞的生命活动过程中发挥着至关重要的作用。代谢网络的重建、分析以及其应用等方面的研究在代谢工程上受到了广泛的关注,已取得了良好的理论与实践经济效益。然而,这些研究大多是以某一独立的生物体为载体完成的。本文比较地分析了人类与鱼类的基因组尺度代谢网络模型,进而构造了一个人类与鱼类的公共代谢网络模型,文章主要研究了该网络模型的拓扑结构特征,确认了它们的"小世界","无标度","自相似"等重要复杂网络特性。此外,文章也考察了该网络模型的一些生物学意义,为全面揭示二者代谢交流研究奠定了基础。
Metabolism plays an important role in the process of cellular life. The reconstruction, analysis and application of metabolic networks have been widely applied in metabolic engineering, and obtained so much benefit in both academic and practical aspects. We comparatively studied genome-scale metabolic networks for human and fish in the present paper. We constructed a common metabolic network model for human and fish, and mainly studied its structural characters. We affirmed its "small-world", "scale-free", "self-similar" characters. Furthermore, we studied biological significance for the network model, which provides the theoretical basis for understanding the metabolism of human and fish.
