摘要
鉴于钢管T形相贯节点中弦杆为圆管、腹杆为方管或矩形管的节点(主圆支方节点)极限承载力计算公式的合理形式还未建立,利用基于塑性铰线的极限分析模型来估算这类节点腹杆受轴压荷载下的承载力。针对弦杆钢管表面为曲面的特点,构想了一种机构模型,建立了相应的数学描述,并采用数值方法讨论了不同几何参数对节点轴压极限承载力的影响。同时,采用弹塑性有限元数值计算的比较,验证了建立模型的适用性。研究表明,塑性铰线模型理论对主圆支方T形节点的计算有较好的准确性,相较有限元分析可以快速地得到承载力估计值。
Considering there is no rational strength formula for the T-joint with circular hollow section chord and rectangular hollow section brace(CHS-RHS T-joint) yet, the strength of the T-joint with the brace subjected to axial-load using a limit analysis model was evaluated based on yield line method. The chord is characteristic of curved surface,a mechanism and the mathematical description were created and the effects of different geometric parameters to the T-joint's ultimate load capacity were discussed. Then the yield line model was verified by elastic-plastic analysis with FEM. The result shows that the yield line model is fit for evaluating the strength of the T-joint with CHS chord and RHS brace,and the calculating speed is faster than that of the FEM analysis.
