摘要
干旱对农业危害严重,旱情评估可用于预测旱情,减少旱灾损失。通过综合分析影响农业旱情的各个主要因素,提取其中影响显著、资料易得、客观性强的因素来建立评估指标,并应用宜昌市东风渠灌区1992年、1997年、1999年和2000年旱情资料对此评估指标进行检验,其评估结果与实际情况基本相符,说明该指标可用于灌区的农业旱情评估中。
Drought leads to serious damage to the agriculture,while agriculture drought evaluation can be used to forecast the degree of drought and reduce the losses.By analyzing the main factors affecting the agricultural drought and selecting the factors,which has a remarkable influence on the drought and is easy to obtain,an objective evaluation index is established.Meanwhile,the draught data at Dongfeng Channel Irrigation Area in 1992,1997,1999 and 2000 were used to check the evaluation indexes in Yichang City,the evaluated results conforms generally with the actual situation.It proves that the index is feasible in agriculture drought evaluation for irrigation area.
