摘要
对高校IT能力维度结构与测量进行了探索性研究。以资源观为理论基础,基于我国高校信息化的实践背景,提出了高校IT能力的概念及其结构维度的概念模型。以工信部所属7所高校为研究样本,收集357份有效问卷。通过结构方程模型所进行的信度、效度检验等实证研究对理论模型予以验证。结果表明,我国高校IT能力由技术性IT能力和管理性IT能力构成。
In order to explore the structure and the measurement of university IT capabilities, and based on the theory of Resource-based view, the conceptual model and operational definition of university IT capabilities was suggested ,according on the practice of universities. The empirical research was made to validate reliability and validity of conceptual model using data through survey. The results showed that IT capability can be divided into technical and managerial IT capability.
