微波法制备聚丙烯酸/膨润土复合高吸水材料的特征研究 被引量:2

Study on synthesis and characterization of polyacrylic acid/bentonite composite superabsorbent under microwave irradiation

摘要 以丙烯酸为单体,过硫酸钾为引发剂,N,N`-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂,膨润土为添加物,采用微波辐射条件下溶液聚合方法,制备了聚丙烯酸/膨润土复合高吸水材料,通过正交试验选择最优合成条件,并用FT-IR、XRD、TG、SEM、EDX等方法对产物做了特征分析,结果表明产物为剥离型复合材料,具有较高的吸蒸馏水、生理盐水倍率,同时耐热性优良。 Polyacrylic acid/Bentonite composite superabsorbent were synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization under microwave irradiation using potassium persulphate as initiator and r N,N -methylene-blsacrylamide as a crosslinker in aqueous solution. By orthogonal test, the optimal conditions of synthesis were defined. This superahsorhent was character- ized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, thermogravimetric analysis, scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy. The results showed that the products were exfoliated composite materials, and they had strong absorbing ability in distilled water and normal saline. The products had excellent thermal stability.
