摘要
分析了煤种、炉温、运行管理、装置开停车及烧嘴等对多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化炉运行和拱顶耐火砖使用寿命的影响。通过优化操作,拱顶耐火砖运行周期已延长至15 000 h,标志着多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化技术的工业应用更趋成熟、完善。
The effect is analyzed of coal type, gasifier temperature, operation management, startup and shutdown of the unit, and nozzles on the operation of the multi-nozzle opposed coal-water slurry gasifier and service life of fireproof tiles at apex of arch. With optimized operation the cycle of operation of the fireproof tiles at apex of arch is prolonged to 15 000 h, symbolizing the industrial application of the muhi-nozzle opposed coal-water slurry gasification technology tends to become more mature and perfected.
