摘要 针对山西煤层气井储层低温、低孔、低渗地质特征,室内优选了低残渣稠化剂、交联剂、助排剂、破胶剂、破胶激活剂等添加剂,形成了低伤害、低温易破胶的压裂液体系,并对其进行了性能评价,发现具有优良的耐温耐剪切性能、破胶彻底、低滤失、低残渣特点。通过现场十多井次的应用证明,该压裂液体系具有携砂效果好、破胶彻底特点,取得良好的施工效果。 The reservoirs of coalbed methane wells have low temperature, low porosity and low permeability geological features, indoor preferred low residue thickening agent, crosslinking agent, to help row agent, breaker, broken plastic activating agent and additives to form a low- damage low temperature and break the plastic fracturing fluid system, and its performance evaluation, found it have excellent temperature resistance to shear performance, thoroughly broken plastic, low fluid loss, low residue characteristics. Through on-site application of the ten wells prove that the fracturing fluid has the effect of sand-carrying, completely broken plastic,made good construction.
