摘要
综述了热区珍贵速生阔叶用材树种西南桦组培无性扩繁技术及营造组培苗无性系林的研究状况。为进一步解决西南桦良种定向培育及基因工程育种奠定基础,而为西南桦人工用材林的可持续发展提供了出路。
The research progress of Betula alnoides clones, including the tissue culture technology, transplanting technology of tissue culture plantlets, and afforestation technology of its clones, were reviewed. Research achieve- ments in Betula alnoides clones was the fundamental part for orientation breeding and genetic engineering breeding, which was critical for the sustainable development of Betula alnoides plantation.
