摘要
介绍了低噪声放大器的主要技术指标与设计方法,并利用ADS Momentum进行了手机射频电路中GPS LNA的建模与仿真设计。将仿真之后的结果与实际测试结果相比较,结果显示,通过该仿真可以有效提高微波射频电路仿真的准确性,提高射频调试工作的效率。
We present the key parameters and design methods of a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA), simulate a GPS LNA in mobile RF circuit by using ADS design tool, and analyse the ADS Momentum simulation, compare the simulation results to the actual test results. Using the ADS Momentum simulation can improve the accuracy of microwave and RF circuits simulation effectively and improve the working efficiency of RF debugging.
